Badam Milk shake


  • Milk – 250ml
  • Almonds – 25
  • Pistachios – 5
  • Cardamon powder – 1 tsp
  • Saffron strands – 2 tsp
  • Sugar – Required

How to Prepare

Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes

  1. Soak almond in water for 8 hours and peel the skin
  2. Grind almonds after that add 50ml milk, grind them like a paste and keep aside, grind pista like a powder and keep aside
  3. Take milk pan, add 200ml milk and allow it to boil for 10 minutes
  4. Then add badam paste, cardamon powder and stir it continuously for 5 minutes
  5. Add required sugar and stir it gently for 5 minutes
  6. Add saffron strands and boil for 5 minutes in low flame
  7. Turn off the flame and cool the badam milk and transfer into a bowl
  8. Make it to chill in refrigerator for 25 minutes
  9. Then transfer it into a bottle and close the lid shake it twice
  10. Open the lid, add some ice cubes and garnish with saffron strands
  11. Now the healthy Badam milk shake is ready for serve
