Milk Kesari – பால் கேசரி


  • Milk – 400ml
  • Semolina – 125g
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Cardamom – 6
  • Kesari powder – 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts – Required
  • Raisins – Required
  • Sugar – Required
  • Ghee – Required

How to Prepare

Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes

  1. Take a pan, heats up 2 tsp ghee, add cashew nuts till become golden
  2. After that add raisins and fry for 2 minutes till it swells up and keep aside
  3. Take milk pan, add milk and let it boil for 3 minutes
  4. After that sprinkle the roasted rava and stir them well in low flame for 5 minutes
  5. Then stir continuously till it become smooth and non sticky
  6. Stir continuously till the milk starts boil and water drains out and make sure there is no lumps formed
  7. Once milk is completely absorbed, the rava become big and smooth it means the rava is cooked well
  8. After that add 125g sugar and stir continuously and make the sugar dissolve
  9. Stir continuously till rava absorb the sugar water completely
  10. After that add cardamom powder, kesari powder, again add 125g sugar and mix it well
  11. Add 4 tsp ghee and stir it continuously for 8 minutes in low flame
  12. After that move the kesari into a bowl
  13. Now the tasty Milk kesari is ready for serve
