Papaya Lassi


  • Papaya – 1
  • Almonds – 1
  • Cashew nuts – 2
  • Fresh curd or think fatty yogurt – 250ml
  • Saffron strands – Few
  • Ice cream – 2 scoop
  • Honey – Required
  • Ice cubes – Required

How to Prepare

Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes

  1. Crush almonds, break cashew nuts and keep aside
  2. Remove the skin of Papaya, remove all the seeds and wash it hot water then cut them into small pieces and blend them smoothly
  3. Add fresh yogurt, ice cream then blend them like smooth think foamy juice
  4. Then add required honey and blend it for 2 seconds
  5. Then transfer it into a glass, add some icecubes and stir it with a spoon
  6. Then add crashed almonds, crushed cashew nuts and finally garnish with saffron strands
  7. Now the healthy Papaya lassi is ready for serve
