Papaya Milk shake


  • Papaya – 1
  • Almonds – 1
  • Cashew nuts – 2
  • Milk – 100ml
  • Saffron strands – Few
  • Ice cream – 2 scoop
  • Sugar – Required
  • Ice cubes – Required

How to Prepare

Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes

  1. Crush almonds, break cashew nuts and keep aside
  2. Take milk pan, add 100ml milk and allow it to boil for 10 minutes
  3. Cool down and remove layered fat and chill it refrigerator for 2 hours
  4. Remove the skin of Papaya, remove all the seeds and wash it hot water then cut them into small pieces and blend them smoothly
  5. Add chilled milk then blend them like smooth foamy juice
  6. Then add required sugar and blend it for 2 seconds
  7. Then transfer it into a glass, add some icecubes and stir it with a spoon
  8. Then add crashed almonds, crushed cashew nuts and topped with ice cream, finally garnish with saffron strands
  9. Now the healthy Papaya milk shake is ready for serve
  10. (Note) Combination of papaya and milk, may be creates stomach problems. Consume papaya and milk during night time is preferable
