Peanut butter Milk shake


  • Peanut butter – 100g
  • Milk – 100ml
  • Peanuts – 10
  • Scoop Vanilla cream – 2
  • Sugar – Required
  • Honey – Required
  • Ice cubes – Required

How to Prepare

Total Preparation Time: 20-30 minutes

  1. Take milk pan, add 100ml milk and allow it to boil for 10 minutes
  2. Cool down and remove layered fat and chill it refrigerator for 2 hours
  3. Take a pan add 2 tsp honey and add peanuts and roast them for 2 minutes and keep aside
  4. Add peanut butter to a blender with chilled milk then blend them like smooth foamy juice
  5. Then add required sugar and blend it for 2 seconds
  6. Then transfer it into a glass, add some ice cubes and stir it with a spoon
  7. Then add 2 tsp honey and topped with ice cream, finally garnish with honey roasted peanuts
  8. Now the healthy Peanut butter milk shake is ready for serve
