Veg Chappathiroll


  • Wheat flour – 250g
  • Milk – 150ml
  • Red Onion – 1
  • Green chillies – 2
  • Potato – 1
  • Carrots – 2
  • Raddish – 1/2
  • Cabbage – 1/5
  • French Beans – 3
  • Ginger – 1
  • Green peas – 50g
  • Lemon – 1
  • Garam masala powder – 1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds powder – 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger – Small piece
  • Mint leaves – Few
  • Salt – Required
  • Oil – Required
  • Ghee – Required

How to Prepare

Total Preparation time: 30-40 minutes

  1. Then take a pan, add Wheat flour, add milk required salt and required amount of water to make chappathi dough
  2. Mix it well by your hand, add 1 tsp ghee, add 1 tsp oil, hit harder and make dough and marinate for few minutes
  3. Grate ginger, garlic and grind them make as a paste, chop the onion, chop green chillies, chop mint leaves separately and keep aside
  4. Now chop carrots, peel the skin of the potatoes and chop it, chop radish, chop cabbage, chop beans separately and keep aside
  5. Take juice from lemon and filter it without seeds
  6. Heat up the pan and add oil.
  7. Once oil gets heat up, add chopped onion, ginger and garlic paste, green chillies one by one and saute for two minute
  8. Add salt, garam masala powder, chilly powder, coriander seed powder and mix it well till the raw smell goes off
  9. Then add carrots, cabbage, beans, peas, radish and add required salt and fry them well
  10. Then close the pan and cook it for 6 minutes
  11. Once the vegetables cooked well add mint leaves and saute for 1 minute
  12. Then add 2 tsp lemon juice in it. mix it well till become gravy consistency
  13. Take round board, roll prepared small chappathi balls into round shapes
  14. Take a pan, pour some oil and make the oil spread across the pan
  15. Put the rolled chappathi dough into pan make them cook for 2 minutes
  16. After that turn to other side and cook for 2 minutes.
  17. Once chappathi is cooked, keep it in a plate, add the prepared vegetable masala over the chappathi
  18. And roll it like a pipe
  19. Now the hot Veg Chappathi Roll is ready to serve.
